Terms of service

1. The service

NaklaPay is payment automation software. It reads transaction confirmations from accounts that you control, matches them to orders you create, and reports the result. NaklaPay is not a bank, a payment scheme, an MFS provider or a money-transfer service.

All funds move directly between your customers and your own accounts. We never hold, settle or route money.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password and API keys confidential, and for all activity under your workspace.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to operate a business in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use NaklaPay to collect payments for unlawful goods or services, to process transactions you know to be fraudulent, or to disguise the origin of funds.

You may not attempt to bypass verification controls, forge SMS records or use the API to probe other workspaces.

4. Plans and payment

Hosted plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance in Bangladeshi Taka. Trials last 14 days unless stated otherwise.

Self-hosted licences are annual and cover one production domain. Renewal is optional; if a licence lapses, the software continues to run but updates and support stop.

5. Availability and support

We target 99.9% monthly availability for the hosted platform and publish current status at takaflow.app/status. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

Support is provided by email and chat during business hours in Dhaka (GMT+6).

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NaklaPay's total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for losses caused by MFS provider outages, telecom failures, incorrect data supplied by you, or your failure to secure account credentials.

7. Termination

You may close your workspace at any time from settings. We may suspend a workspace that violates these terms, poses a security risk, or remains unpaid after notice.

On termination you may export your transaction data for 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
