Acceptable use policy

NaklaPay exists to help legitimate businesses collect money they have earned. This policy lists what we cannot support so that merchants can self-assess before signing up.

1. Prohibited categories

  • Gambling, betting and lottery operations, including informal gambling groups.
  • Unlicensed lending, advance-fee schemes and investment products promising fixed returns.
  • Sale of stolen goods, counterfeit products, or credentials and accounts obtained in violation of a platform's terms.
  • Adult content involving coercion, minors or non-consensual material.
  • Weapons, controlled substances and anything illegal under Bangladeshi law.
  • Charity or donation collection that cannot be tied to a registered organisation on request.

2. Prohibited behaviour

  • Submitting or generating false SMS records to force a payment to complete.
  • Testing stolen TrxIDs or brute-forcing invoice tokens.
  • Reselling the hosted service as a white-label gateway without a licence.
  • Using the API in a way that degrades service for other workspaces.

3. Verification and enforcement

We may ask for business documentation, a website, or a sample of your fulfilment process when an account's activity looks inconsistent with its stated purpose.

Violations may result in feature limits, suspension of payouts to your checkout, or account termination. Where funds are involved, we cooperate with the relevant authorities because the funds are held in your own accounts, not ours.

4. Reporting abuse

Report suspected abuse to info@naklashop.com with the invoice or checkout link. Reports are reviewed within one business day.
